Cookie Policy

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They make the site work, remember your preferences, and help us improve performance. Cookies may be session‑based (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent (kept until their expiry or deletion).
How we use cookies
- Recognise you when you sign in and keep your basket.
- Remember preferences such as currency, region and language.
- Measure site usage so we can fix issues and improve pages.
- Show relevant marketing on our site and on other websites (with your consent where required).
Types of cookies we use
We group cookies into four categories:
- Essential – required for core functions (e.g., checkout, account login, security). The site cannot function properly without these.
- Functional – remember choices to tailor your experience (e.g., store selection, chat support).
- Performance – help us understand how visitors use the site (e.g., pages viewed, clicks) so we can improve usability.
- Advertising – used to deliver relevant ads and measure campaigns. These may be set by us or our partners.
Examples of cookies and partners
We may use analytics and advertising services such as Google (Analytics/Ads) and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). These partners may set cookies to measure performance and show relevant ads. Learn more about Google technologies here: policies.google.com/technologies/ads. You can control Google Ads personalisation at adssettings.google.com and manage broader ad preferences at youronlinechoices.com.
Managing cookies
You can change your cookie preferences at any time using our cookie banner or your browser settings. Most browsers let you accept, refuse or delete cookies. Instructions are available in each browser’s help pages. For general guidance see aboutcookies.org.
If you block certain cookies, parts of the site may not work as expected, and your saved preferences may be lost.
Third‑party cookies and social media
Some cookies are set by third parties (e.g., payment gateways, analytics, social platforms). We do not control their settings. Please check their privacy and cookie notices for details and opt‑out options.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
